About Me
I am Lori, a double Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with 11 years of experience, specializing in treating the mind and body as a connection. I love to look at the complete body in developing your treatment plan, including diet and lifestyle, as well as lab results when necessary. I provide a compassionate and evidence based care approach but always safe and effective, regardless of the situation. I do feel that each patient has their own unique needs that require individualized attention. My goal is to help you feel supported and empowered as we develop what is best for you.

The focus is on medication management, if that is the route you decide to take, but also incorporating bloodwork (if needed), and supplementation (if appropriate) for optimal wellness. LP Psych & Wellness also offers convenient appointment scheduling and online forms for a seamless experience. My goal is to support you on your journey to improved mental well-being.
Fee for Services
Currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BCBS & Sentara Health Plans! Others are still in process, but am happy to provide a superbill (receipt) to be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.

*Follow up: up to 30 minutes for $100
*Follow up: up to 45 minutes for $160
*Psychotherapy: up to 60 minutes for $175
*Consult Call: 15 minutes-free!

*Missed appointment fee w/o 24 hour notice:$75
*Fee for Paperwork Completion: $65 per 30 minutes
*Fee for Legal Deposition, Request by Client to participate in an legal proceeding, Subpoena for legal disputes involving the client: $1000/hour​

**I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work so that I can place all of my focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you. The Headway team will reach out with an email to help you set up your account and add your insurance and payment details. You'll see your cost per session ahead of time and can check your benefits through the client portal**
